hmm, Scrum theory explicitly teaches that software development is a highly unpredictable process and estimates should in no way serve as a commitment to deliver on a certain date. Send your Scrum Master to read the theory before he or she expects that from you:) Plus, it’s his or her job to teach the team how Scrum works, so if a Product Owner doesn’t understand that, too, a Scrum Master should provide the explanation and shield the team from incorrect expectations.
